Our Programs

3 to 5 years old. When the proverbs writer said, “Train up a child in the way he should go…” (Proverbs 22:6) he is speaking to parents. GAIN Christian Academy does not usurp this duty of training children from their parents but envisions to be of great help to the parents in the process. To start at the early stage, we focus on training them to have the heart of Jesus so “when they grow old, they will not depart from it.

Grades 1 to 3. Teaching in the early grades could somewhat beneficial and taxing. Jesus himself said, “Let the little children come unto me and do not hinder them…for to such is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 19:14). As Jesus loves them, our hearts longs for them, too. Their genuine love, cute smiles, and heartfelt laughter is our reward, a spring well of joy. Now couple that with learning day-by-day, is a gracious treat of the Lord to us.

Grades 4 to 6. Big kids are not exactly a pain-in-the-neck. This stage is crucial; reaching to a fork in the road. Sorting it out if they are still kids or teens, the in-betweens, or are now called, “TWEENS”. They need our support so that they may make the right choice. It is the time we should take to heart what is said in Proverbs 4:20-21, “My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not lose sight of them; keep them within your heart.…” The word of the Lord should be instilled and along the way, become productive citizens.

Grades 7 to 10. The “young people” seeking to have an identity. Trying to have their own style, or trying to be like the person that they look up to. Another FRAGILE moment in life. High school should really be the happiest stage in life, the salad days. Here, we do not want to be clandestine in our approach, we continue see them as the child that Lord loves so much. Our goal is that they may identify themselves with Jesus, “The author and the finisher of our faith” (Hebrews 12:2) and experience great life with him as “a new creation, the old has gone and the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
